Prior to attending your first appointment, a waiver must be signed. This waiver will be sent to you via email at the time of your registration and booking through the Bookamat app. Please ensure that you review and sign this waiver before your appointment. Your participation is contingent upon the completion of this process. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellation Policy : A minimum of 4 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your class. 
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled class without prior notice, you will forfeit your credit.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class if you provide the required notice.
